I'm unwell & at home; unable to talk as my voice is quite gone & my chest is in a vice. The silver lining is that I was at home to take possesion of

my very own Evangeline Ghastly doll, who I am naming Tishbite.

She'd been held in customs a while (I had to pay an exortionate ransom fee!) and I was thinking she'd be there indefinately, but as it happened I was at home, lying on my sofa in my kimono coughing up blood (not really) and watching back-to-back Sherlock Holmes.

I couldn't resist taking photographs of her, even though I'm supposed to be....I was too ill on Monday to partake in an Amazon order my Best Beloved was putting together...too ill to take a bath, too ill to walk to the corner shop for chocolate even!!

If I ask ever so nicely and bat my eye lashes, could you try Evangeline's lovely clothes against a Pullip body? Please :)
I am hoping that they may just fit!

oh my dear; although i no longer have a Pullip (Neo Noir & Zuora are on my wishlist) I used to have Squall, so I can tell you that The Evangeline Ghastly clothes are way too big'd have to be very nimble with your needle to adapt them....ot alternatively, buy yourself another doll!Hope all is well with you & your family x

Aw, I suspected it may be so!

I actually have a Zuora I was thinking of parting with... (I really like Mir, and am trying to limit myself to just two boys and two girls). Were you wanting just the doll or all her bits and pieces too?

well, just suppose you were thinking of parting company with Zuora, then i'd certainly be interested, & yes, her wonderful outfit is one of her attractions! let me know what you think.

Well I'd be happy to re-home her with you :)
She is in perfect condition and has all her bits (though I need to dig them out of a box and remember exactly what they are!), removed from box obviously but I do still have the box.
I've just had a quick look on ebay and new-in-box Zuora's vary in price from about £60 - £100, + average £20-£30 shipping... so feel free to make me an offer!
I really want to buy Mir, but am trying to be sensible and sell Zuora first to fund the new one. I've seriously spent an insane amount of money on dolls, doll furniture and clothes just lately, and I've just ordered a new dolls house. I think I am in full-on obsessional mode at the moment!

sent you a duplicate email too

As I have just bought Evangeline, i'd prefer to wait until mid july before I buy any more presents for myself. If you can wait 'til then, i shall suggest £100 for miss Z. including P&P or we could meet up, say in Hebden Bridge to exchange her for hard cash (used notes, black bag etc).

Let me know what you think, & don't fret if you don't feel up to meeting me...I am a bit of a recluse myself & go out of my way to avoid socialising! I am unwell at moment with chest infection (or galloping consumption as I much prefer to think of it) and dosed up to the gills with painkillers & anti biotics (or laudanum, ditto) which is possibly what is prompting me to make all these rash suggestions!

Oh £100 is far too much! £70 will be quite enough, and we can make the exchange over tea and cake somewhere. It seems silly that we live so close to entrust Miss Z to Royal Mail!
Let me know when you are ready and we can arrange something. I will stow her away until then :)
